is some information to help you plan your visit. If your questions

Registration
All conference materials will be handed out, and final registration
formalities completed, at 8.00 a.m. on Thursday, February 21st.
Continental breakfast will be available in the meeting room.
Program
The sessions will begin each day at 8.30 and end at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday
and at the close of session on Friday afternoon – probably between 4.00
p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The emerging program can be
found online.
Posters and displays
Equipment and software will be on
display in the meeting room.
Location
The conference will be held in the Mississauga Room in the Airport Hilton
Hotel (at 5875 Airport Road, Mississauga, L4V 1N1) immediately adjacent to
the Toronto International Airport. Please
note it is the Airport Hilton Hotel - there is another Hilton in Toronto.
Accommodation
Room bookings should be made directly with the hotel at tel:

fax: 905-677-7782. The Stormwater rate is only offered until February 5th,
so be sure and reserve promptly.
Travel
By
Air: If flying into
Toronto airport, use the shuttle bus, which leaves every 15 minutes from
the arrivals level for the Airport Hilton, Marriott and Holiday Inn
hotels.
By
Road: The airport Hilton is located on Airport Road, just west of Carlingview Drive, on the corner of the access ramp to Hwy 427 South.
It can be approached from either Hwy 427 North (exiting at “Dixon
Road” - keep in the right lane initially to avoid landing up in the
airport, then prepare for a left turn at the T junction), or from Hwy 409
West (exiting left - east - on Airport Road). A road
map is available.
Parking
Parking is available behind the hotel at $2 per hour (or $15 per day
for hotel residents).
Food service
Coffee, juice and muffins, Danish, croissants etc. will be
available each day at 8.00 a.m. in the meeting room, and coffee and
beverages at mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
You are responsible for your own lunch, and will probably find it
convenient to use the hotel facilities.
Proceedings
Your registration includes the cost of the 2007 conference proceedings
Reliable Modeling of Urban Water Systems – Monograph 16.
Your copy will be available at the registration desk. The
proceedings for the 2008 conference will be published in the same format
in February 2009, and you will be notified by the publisher when they are
available. You can, if you prefer, place a firm order for a copy at the
conference. Or – plan on coming again next year and receive them with
your registration package.
