Room bookings should be made directly with the hotel at tel: 1-800-567-9999, fax: 905-677-7782. The Stormwater rate is only offered until February 5th, so be sure and reserve promptly.

Travel

By Air:  If flying into Toronto airport, use the shuttle bus, which leaves every 15 minutes from the arrivals level for the Airport Hilton, Marriott and Holiday Inn hotels.

By Road: The airport Hilton is located on Airport Road, just west of Carlingview Drive, on the corner of the access ramp to Hwy 427 South. It can be approached from either Hwy 427 North (exiting at “Dixon Road” - keep in the right lane initially to avoid landing up in the airport, then prepare for a left turn at the T junction), or from Hwy 409 West (exiting left - east - on Airport Road). A road map is available.

Parking

Parking is available behind the hotel at $2 per hour (or $15 per day for hotel residents).

Food service

Coffee, juice and muffins, Danish, croissants etc. will be available each day at 8.00 a.m. in the meeting room, and coffee and beverages at mid-morning and mid-afternoon.  You are responsible for your own lunch, and will probably find it convenient to use the hotel facilities.

Proceedings

Your registration includes the cost of the 2007 conference proceedings Reliable Modeling of Urban Water Systems – Monograph 16.  Your copy will be available at the registration desk. The proceedings for the 2008 conference will be published in the same format in February 2009, and you will be notified by the publisher when they are available. You can, if you prefer, place a firm order for a copy at the conference. Or – plan on coming again next year and receive them with your registration package.
